Why I am in Memphis!

Hi everyone,

I am Joelle, I come from Switzerland and I live in Geneva. I have one sister and one brother, thet live there too. My parents come from Portugal but they live in Switzerland. I speak French, Portuguese and English (I mean I try to improve a lot because it isn't perfect).

In this moment of my life, I am in USA for one year because I decided to come here for a new experiance and improve my English. Actually, I am living in Memphis with a american family and I take care the two kids every day of the week.

My realy first reason to be here is to be far of my friends, family and my country for a well. Because sometimes we need to see something else, something new, and not always the same things. It was so difficut fo me to leave because I am very close of my family and my friends. When I took the plan for came to the USA, I was so sceared and I cried a lot of! But when I saw New York for my first time, I smiled and I said it's a new life comming soon.

I think comming to the USA it was my best decision ever. Now I have new friends, fun every week and just a wonderful trip and adventures.

So guys, if you would like to know other country, I said let's go don't think two times. It's just a wonderful experience.
